PATRICK McKAY
Director of Operations

Patrick’s professional career has given him valuable experience in working with and understanding  Economic Development from a First Nations  perspective. His educational background consists of an Honors Diploma in Computer Applications for Business. He also holds a certificate in Project Management through the Manitoba Construction Sector Council. He values and strives for accountability, teamwork and communication. Patrick humbly welcomes the responsibility of working with the nation to continue the progress that the Fisher River Economic Development Corporation has made to date.

Patrick also looks forward to his homecoming of sort as he is originally a member of Fisher River Cree Nation, who is extremely excited at the opportunity to reconnect with the community and family.

MAXINE MURDOCK
Executive Assistant/Human Resources

Maxine Murdock is Executive Assistant for Fisher River Economic Development Corporation and member of the Fisher River Cree Nation. Her position started on June 25, 2015. She is a graduate of the Business Administration 3 year program of Red River College. Within her studies she focused on Administration with a keen interest in Entrepreneurship, Supervision, Workplace Health and Safety, and Conflict Resolution. Also, during her educational experience she was chosen for two bursaries from Indspire (Indigenous, education, Canada’s Future).

Maxine looks forward to working with Fisher River Economic Development and the proposed projects that are in implementation stage and serving the community members of Fisher River Cree Nation.

MERVIN MURDOCK

Mervin has more than 20 years of construction experience and more than 10 years of progressive management experience and success in developing project initiatives, directing project plans and achieving revenue performance targets.

Mervin is a proud member of the Fisher River Cree Nation.

CHANTEL GREENE
Manager
(Fisher River Car Wash & Laundromat)

Chantel is from Fisher River Cree Nation and was hired back in November 2020. She graduated with a business scholarship from Charles Sinclair School in June of 2011.

Chantel is a single mother to a beautiful eleven year old daughter with Autism named Chantay.
