ON CALL/CASUAL – HOUSEKEEPER EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY

Responsibilities:
❖ Provide the highest quality of service to the customer. Must be courteous, pleasant and smile and offer your assistance when needed
❖ Ensure guests satisfaction through room cleanliness
❖ Clean rooms as per guest check ins/check outs
❖ Follow Housekeeping guidelines within your shift while maintaining established standards
❖ Perform general cleaning duties
❖ Wash, dry, iron and fold linen
❖ Organize and restock supplies
❖ Maintain laundry room, vacuum cleaner and appliances cleanliness
❖ Update room status in the motel PMS system and notify Front Desk personnel
❖ Maintain cleanliness of front lobby, foyer, conference room, dining area, laundry and storage rooms, office and public washrooms
❖ Must wear proper uniform always in accordance with the Standards of Appearance
❖ Have thorough knowledge of emergency procedures and practice safety standards
❖ Capable to assist with luggage, packages, and furniture
❖ Employee must adhere to all work rules, procedures, and policies established by the business
❖ Employee must perform other duties as assigned, of which the employee is capable

Requirements: Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
❖ Ability to follow direction
❖ Professional attitude required
❖ The ability to work independently
❖ Excellent communication skills
❖ Computer knowledge
❖ Reliable – to be available when called in to work on an on-call basis
❖ Must be 18 years of age
❖ Required to have driver’s license and vehicle

Preference will be given to Fisher River Band Members
